Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by dew11 through dew11.vu or any related platform, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms and Conditions in full and without exception.

User Eligibility

To use dew11 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Have never had a dew11 account previously closed or deactivated due to a terms violation.
• Not being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances that may impair decision-making when transacting.

Registration & Account Management

Creating an account at dew11 is completely free. To complete the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, an active email address, a reachable phone number, and your date of birth.

Each user is only permitted to register one active account at dew11. The discovery of duplicate accounts under the same user—whether sharing the same identity, device, IP address, bank account, or payment method—constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must not share it with anyone.
• Dew11 will never ask for your account password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone.
• All activity through your account—including bets, deposits, and withdrawals—is considered to have been performed by you, as long as no account compromise report was submitted prior to that activity.
• A KYC verification process may be required before you can make your first withdrawal or at certain points determined by the dew11 security team.

Deposits & Financial Transactions

• Dew11 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits detected as originating from an account held in another person's name may be held pending completion of the verification process.
• Dew11 does not charge any deposit fees on the platform side. Any fees that may arise are transfer fees charged by your own bank or e-wallet provider.
• Transactions suspected of involving money laundering or other illicit financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.

Withdrawal of Wins

Users may submit a withdrawal at any time provided the account balance is sufficient and the account is not under a freeze. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's own name and verified by the dew11 system.

• Withdrawals to e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA) are generally processed within 1–5 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals to local bank accounts generally take 15–60 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Dew11 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing large withdrawals or the first withdrawal from an account that has recently completed KYC.
• Balances derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Dew11 reserves the right to hold or cancel withdrawals suspected of involving a terms violation, fraud, or other suspicious activity, pending the outcome of an investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

Dew11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions that must be read and understood before claiming.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by users who meet the applicable promotion eligibility criteria.
• Every bonus has rollover (re-wagering) requirements that must be met before the bonus balance or winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
